Louisiana High School Basketball - E.D. White thwarts East Jefferson
February 8, 2025: Metairie, LA 70001 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA) and the host East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA), observed E.D. White's basketball team knock off East Jefferson by a score of 60-52.
The Cardinals (17-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Covenant Christian Academy (Houma, LA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 12-14 record. In their last challenge, Covenant Christian Academy prevailed over South Plaquemines (Buras, LA), 55-42, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors encounter the John Ehret Patriots (Marrero, LA) in a 5A District 10 challenge, on Monday, February 10. East Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 21-20 season record.
