In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Francis W. Parker Colonels basketball team scored a big 63-36 triumph over the Mather Rangers.

The Colonels (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Shore Country Day (Winnetka, IL). The Raiders go into the Independent School contest with a 12-12 record. In their last contest, North Shore Country Day was trounced by Latin (Chicago, IL), 56-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rangers battle the Schurz Bulldogs (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Mather will attempt to better on its 8-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 13-11 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to Lake View (Chicago, IL).
