February 8, 2025: Winona, MO 65588 Galena Bears (Galena, MO) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Winona Wildcats (Winona, MO), 54-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Galena advances its record to 18-4 on the year. The Bears travel to Spokane (Spokane, MO) to meet the Owls in a Southwest Central match on Tuesday, February 11. The Owls enter the match with a record of 3-20.
The Wildcats now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Viola for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11.
