Kentucky High School Basketball - Henry Clay defeats Oldham County
February 8, 2025: Lexington, KY 40502 The Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY) basketball were winner over the visiting Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), 85-75 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 17-5 record. They play next when they host Frederick Douglass for a District 42 bout on Tuesday, February 11. Henry Clay will play a Broncos team coming off a 105-74 league win over Scott County (Georgetown, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 19-2.
With the loss, Oldham County falls to 8-14 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Butler (Louisville, KY) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 18-4. Butler won 78-44 in their recent league bout against Western (Louisville, KY)
