Wisconsin High School Basketball - Sparta routs Richland Center
February 8, 2025: Sparta, WI 54656 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Sparta Spartans basketball team scored a big 78-47 triumph over the Richland Center Hornets.
The Spartans (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Holmen (Holmen, WI). The Vikings go into the Mississippi Valley contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Holmen smashed La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI), 81-64, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets confront the Prairie du Chien Blackhawks (Prairie du Chien, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin contest, on Thursday, February 13. Richland Center will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Blackhawks go into the contest with a 0-17 record after their 93-41 league loss to Platteville (Platteville, WI).
