Oklahoma High School Basketball - Talihina can't hold off Tishomingo
February 8, 2025: Tishomingo, OK 73460 Tishomingo Indians (Tishomingo, OK) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Talihina Golden Tigers (Talihina, OK), 59-55 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Tishomingo upgrades its record to 9-9 on the year. The Indians host Allen (Allen, OK) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 19-4. Allen won 55-51 in their recent league match against Stonewall (Stonewall, OK)
The Golden Tigers now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hartshorne for a Black Diamond match on Monday, February 10. Talihina will face a Miners squad coming off a 59-46 league loss to Pocola (Pocola, OK). The Miners record now stands at 14-7.
