February 8, 2025: Niwot, CO 80503 Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO), 67-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Frederick upgrades its record to 1-8 on the year.
The Cougars now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Horizon for a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. Niwot will face a Hawks squad coming off a 70-20 non-league loss to Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Hawks record now stands at 2-2.
