February 8, 2025: Blackwell, OK 74631 The Pawnee Black Bears (Pawnee, OK) basketball toppled the host Blackwell Maroons (Blackwell, OK), 50-36 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Black Bears now possess a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Tonkawa for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. Pawnee will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 43-33 non-league loss to Blackwell (Blackwell, OK). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-15.
With the loss, Blackwell falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Maroons host Chisholm (Enid, OK) to play the Longhorns in a 89er - West bout on Monday, February 10. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 9-14. Chisholm lost 73-36 in their recent non-league bout against Fairview (Fairview, OK)
