In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Dundy County-Stratton Tigers basketball team scored a big 53-27 triumph over the Cozad Haymakers.

The Tigers (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE). The Irish go into the non-league contest with a 4-16 record. In their last contest, St. Patrick's was trounced by Cambridge (Cambridge, NE), 41-34, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Haymakers battle the Broken Bow Indians (Broken Bow, NE) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 14. Cozad will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record.
