February 8, 2025: Effingham, IL 62401 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Anthony Bulldogs (Effingham, IL) and the visiting Flora Wolves (Flora, IL), observed St. Anthony's basketball team overwhelm Flora by a score of 70-18.
The Bulldogs (23-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 15-12 record. In their last challenge, Tuscola trounced Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] (Kansas, IL), 66-35, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves encounter the Salem Wildcats (Salem, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 10. Flora will attempt to improve on its 7-22 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 14-13 record after their 44-40 non-league loss to Centralia (Centralia, IL).
