February 8, 2025: Jefferson City, MO 65109 Lift for Life Academy Hawks (St. Louis, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO), 68-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Lift for Life Academy upgrades its record to 16-4 on the year. The Hawks travel to Lutheran (St. Peters, MO) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 15-4.
The Crusaders now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quincy Notre Dame for a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. Helias will face a Raiders squad coming off a 56-35 non-league loss to Alton (Alton, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 27-3.
