New Jersey High School Basketball - Morristown nips Morris Knolls
February 8, 2025: Morristown, NJ 07960 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Morristown Colonials basketball team scored a close 33-32 triumph over the Morris Knolls Golden Eagles.
The Colonials (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ). The Minutemen go into the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, West Morris Mendham was tipped by West Morris Central (Chester, NJ), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Roxbury Gaels (Succasunna, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - National contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Morris Knolls will attempt to better on its 13-2 season record. The Gaels go into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 56-21 non-league win over Koinonia Academy (Plainfield, NJ).
