Washington High School Basketball - Tyee bested by Charles Wright
February 8, 2025: Tacoma, WA 98467 Charles Wright Tarriers (Tacoma, WA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Tyee Titans (SeaTac, WA), 42-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Charles Wright advances its record to 3-13 on the year. The Tarriers travel to Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 14-1. Bellevue Christian won 65-50 in their recent non-league match against Overlake (Redmond, WA)
The Titans now own a 2-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ocosta for a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. Tyee will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 80-29 non-league win over North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-2.
