February 8, 2025: Mobile, AL 36608 Baker Hornets (Mobile, AL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Briarwood Christian Lions (Birmingham, AL), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Baker moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Faith Academy (Mobile, AL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league test on Friday, February 21. The Rams come into the test with a record of 1-1. Faith Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Spain Park (Hoover, AL)
The Lions now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster School at Oak Mountain for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 11. Briarwood Christian will clash with a Knights team coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
