Colorado High School Basketball - Aurora West College Prep Academy crushes Vanguard Classical East
February 9, 2022: Aurora, CO 80010 Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans (Aurora, CO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Vanguard Classical East Hawks (Aurora, CO), 67-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Aurora West College Prep Academy upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to DSST: College View (Denver, CO) to play the Wolves in a 3A/2A Confluence bout on Friday, February 11. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 1-15. DSST: College View lost 62-44 in their recent league bout against Addenbrooke Classical Academy (Lakewood, CO)
Next up, the Hawks play the STEM School Highlands Ranch Spartans (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a Freelance bout, on Friday, February 11. Vanguard Classical East will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 61-14 league loss to Windsor Charter Academy (Windsor, CO).
