Kentucky High School Basketball - Trimble County fells St. Francis
February 9, 2022: Bedford, KY 40006 Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Francis Wyverns (Louisville, KY), 83-64 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Trimble County upgrades its record to 7-18 on the season. The Raiders travel to Henry County (New Castle, KY) to play the Wildcats in a District 31 bout on Thursday, February 10. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Henry County lost 69-57 in their recent league bout against Gallatin County (Warsaw, KY)
Next up, the Wyverns play the Brown Bears (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 11. St. Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 6-14 record after their 61-50 non-league loss to Eminence (Eminence, KY).
