Connecticut High School Basketball - Harvard Ellis Tech knocked off by Goodwin Tech
February 9, 2022: New Britain, CT 06053 The Goodwin Tech Gladiators basketball team scored 29 points and held the visiting Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles to 16 in the Gladiators league triumph on Wednesday.
The Gladiators now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vinal RVT for a Connecticut Technical contest on Thursday, February 10. Goodwin Tech will battle a Hawks team coming off a 40-38 league loss to Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 5-8.
The Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Norwich RVT was defeated by Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT), 71-18, in a league contest.
