Colorado High School Basketball - Ralston Valley overwhelms Pomona
February 9, 2022: Arvada, CO 80005 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) and the host Pomona Panthers (Arvada, CO), saw Ralston Valley's basketball squad wallop Pomona by a count of 74-40.
With the victory, Ralston Valley upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Chatfield (Littleton, CO) to play the Chargers in a 5A Jeffco challenge on Friday, February 11. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 12-8. Chatfield won 77-44 in their recent league challenge against Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO)
Next up, the Panthers play the Dakota Ridge Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a 5A Jeffco challenge, on Wednesday, February 16. Pomona will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-19 record after their 75-16 league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO).
