South Dakota High School Basketball - Clark/Willow Lake fells Britton-Hecla
February 9, 2023: Britton, SD 57430 Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Britton-Hecla Braves (Britton, SD), 33-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clark/Willow Lake upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Flandreau (Flandreau, SD) to play the Fliers in a A Region 2 bout on Saturday, February 11. The Fliers go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Flandreau won 58-39 in their recent non-league bout against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD)
Next up, the Braves play the Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers (Rosholt, SD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Britton-Hecla will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 66-61 league loss to Enderlin (Enderlin, ND).
