In Thursday's non-league outing, the Cass Tech Technicians (Detroit, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ford Trojans (Detroit, MI), by a count of 89-8.

The Technicians (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Marlins go into the non-league outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Mercy smashed Divine Child (Dearborn, MI), 60-55, in a league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Tournament Opponent for a non-league outing on Monday, February 27.
