Ohio High School Basketball - Western Reserve nudges South Range

February 9, 2023: Berlin Center, OH 44401

Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting South Range Raiders (Canfield, OH), 48-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Western Reserve upgrades its record to 14-7 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Rootstown (Rootstown, OH) to clash with the Rovers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Rovers go into the bout with a record of 16-5. Rootstown won 55-30 in their recent league bout against Southeast (Ravenna, OH)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Brookfield Warriors (Brookfield, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. South Range will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 16-5 record after their 74-36 non-league win over Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH).
