New Jersey High School Basketball - Science Park holds off Belleville
February 9, 2024: Newark, NJ 07102 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ) and the visiting Belleville Buccaneers (Belleville, NJ), saw Science Park's basketball squad hold off Belleville by a tally of 52-47.
With the victory, Science Park improves its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 18-5. East Orange Campus won 72-22 in their recent league challenge against West Side (Newark, NJ)
Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Kearny Kardinals (Kearny, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Belleville will attempt to improve on its 10-12 season record.
