In Friday's league match, the host Creighton Prep Junior Jays basketball team scored a good 61-51 triumph over the Millard West Wildcats.

In their next game, the Junior Jays meet the Rockhurst Hawklets (Kansas City, MO) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 10. Creighton Prep will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Hawklets enter the match with a 14-6 record after their 52-38 non-league win over Saint Thomas Aquinas (Overland Park, KS).

With the defeat, Millard West moves to 10-10 on the year. The Wildcats host Millard South (Omaha, NE) to meet the Patriots in a A District TBD match on Tuesday, February 13.
