In Friday's non-league outing, the Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE) basketball squad felled the host Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE), by a margin of 50-37.

The Jeffs (7-15) will now prepare for their outing against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers go into the C1 District 1 outing with a 4-16 record. In their last outing, Falls City thwarted Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer (Humboldt, NE), 53-49, in a non-league outing.
