Michigan High School Basketball - Marlette knocked off by Sandusky
February 9, 2024: Sandusky, MI 48471 The Sandusky Wolves basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Marlette Red Raiders to 34 in the Wolves league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Memphis for a Greater Thumb - East contest on Monday, February 12. Sandusky will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 52-34 league loss to Capac (Capac, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-17.
The Red Raiders (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against North Branch (North Branch, MI). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, North Branch ran past Richmond (Richmond, MI), 49-43, in a league contest.
