New Jersey High School Basketball - Glen Ridge fells Caldwell
February 9, 2024: West Caldwell, NJ 07006 Glen Ridge Ridgers (Glen Ridge, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Caldwell Chiefs (West Caldwell, NJ), 39-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Glen Ridge upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Ridgers host Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 17-5. Secaucus won 59-29 in their recent non-league bout against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Verona Hillbillies (Verona, NJ) in a Super Essex - Colonial bout, on Monday, February 12. Caldwell will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Hillbillies go into the bout with a 15-6 record after their 28-26 non-league loss to Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ).
