Missouri High School Basketball - Chadwick crushes New Covenant Academy
February 9, 2024: Chadwick, MO 65629 Chadwick Cardinals (Chadwick, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting New Covenant Academy Warriors (Springfield, MO), 70-15 in a league bout.
With the win, Chadwick upgrades its record to 18-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Sparta (Sparta, MO) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Sparta won 73-19 in their recent league bout against Seymour (Seymour, MO)
Next up, the Warriors play the Greenwood Blue Jays (Springfield, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. New Covenant Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-17 season record. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a 12-13 record after their 55-49 non-league win over Hurley (Hurley, MO).
