Maryland High School Basketball - Suitland crushes Potomac
February 9, 2024: Forestville, MD 20747 Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD), 69-3 in a league bout.
With the win, Suitland upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Rams travel to Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD) to play the Raiders in a Prince George's County 4A bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Eleanor Roosevelt won 55-52 in their recent league bout against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Annapolis Panthers (Annapolis, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Potomac will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 60-23 league win over Arundel (Gambrills, MD).
