In their next game, the Pioneers meet the Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 13. Watauga will attempt to move on its 15-1 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 6-7 record after their 50-28 non-league win over Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC).
With the defeat, Hibriten moves to 8-4 on the year. The Panthers host Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 13. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 16-1. Alexander Central won 33-13 in their recent league match against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)
