Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey - Governor's Academy gets by Phillips Academy
February 9, 2024: Byfield, MA 01922 The Governor's Academy Governors ice hockey squad scored 4 points and restricted the visiting Phillips Academy Big Blue to 2 in the Governors league victory on Friday.
With the victory, Governor's Academy moves its record to 8-13 on the campaign. The Governors travel to Tabor Academy (Marion, MA) to face the Seawolves in a contest on Saturday, February 10. The Seawolves go into the contest with a record of 10-13. Tabor Academy won 3-2 in their recent league contest against Milton Academy (Milton, MA)
The Big Blue now sport a 14-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cushing Academy for a contest on Wednesday, February 14. Phillips Academy will face a Penguins squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Penguins record now stands at 23-2.
