In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Howard Wildcats football squad scored a good 44-18 victory over the Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) in a 2A District 2 match, on Friday, October 21. Howard will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record.

The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their match against St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE). The Hawks enter the 3A District 1 match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, St. Georges Tech was toppled by Smyrna (Smyrna, DE), 42-6, in a non-league match.
