March 1, 2022: Mendenhall, MS 39114 The Simpson Academy Cougars crushed the visiting McLaurin Tigers baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jackson Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 3.
Next, the Tigers face the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 29. McLaurin will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
