March 1, 2022: Augusta, GA 30907 The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Westside Patriots (Augusta, GA) and the visiting Josey Eagles (Augusta, GA), saw Westside's soccer squad knock off Josey by a count of 5-3.
The Patriots now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Laney for a AA Region 4 test on Thursday, March 3. Westside will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Putnam County (Eatonton, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Josey drops to 0-3 on the season. The Eagles host Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA) to meet the Patriots in a AA Region 4 test on Tuesday, March 15. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 4-4.
