The Tara Trojans baseball team (Baton Rouge, LA), was overwhelmed 23-7 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA)

The Pelicans now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodlawn-B.R. for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 2. Port Allen will face a Panthers team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Slaughter Community Charter (Slaughter, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-1.
