In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Brentwood Christian Bears baseball team scored a nice 20-0 victory over the Runge Yellowjackets.

The Bears (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Bloomington (Bloomington, TX). The Bobcats/Lady Cats go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Bloomington was overwhelmed by Yorktown (Yorktown, TX), 24-7, in a non-league game.
