In Friday's non-league outing, the Kearsley Hornets (Flint, MI) basketball squad edged the visiting Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI), by a margin of 45-42.

The Hornets (19-6) will now prepare for their outing against St. Clair (St. Clair, MI). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 17-7 record. In their last outing, St. Clair held off Richmond (Richmond, MI), 63-47, in a non-league outing.
