California High School Lacrosse - Palo Alto drops to Woodside
March 1, 2024: Palo Alto, CA 94301 Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA), 12-6 in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Pioneer for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 6. Woodside will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-9 non-league loss to Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA) in a SCVAL battle, on Monday, March 4. Palo Alto will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 12-9 non-league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
