March 1, 2024: Woodstock, GA 30189 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) and the visiting Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA), saw Etowah's lacrosse team gain a win over Carrollton by a tally of 10-7.
The Eagles now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Creekview for a 5A-6A Area 4 battle on Friday, March 8. Etowah will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 14-7 non-league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-5.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 6. Carrollton will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 7-1 record after their 11-7 non-league win over Bremen (Bremen, GA).
