Georgia High School Soccer - Lamar County knocks off Bleckley County
March 1, 2024: Cochran, GA 31014 Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Bleckley County Royals (Cochran, GA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Pike County Pirates (Zebulon, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 5. Lamar County will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA).
The Royals now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Laurens for a 1A D-I Area 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Bleckley County will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Jefferson County (Louisville, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-2.
