Arkansas High School Softball - Cross County topped by McCrory
March 1, 2024: Cherry Valley, AR 72324 The McCrory Jaguars softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Cross County Thunderbirds to 1 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, McCrory moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Jaguars host Des Arc (Des Arc, AR) to clash with the Eagles in a 2A Region 6 game on Monday, March 4. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 1-0. Des Arc won 6-1 in their recent non-league game against Newport (Newport, AR)
In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Bay Yellowjackets (Bay, AR) in a 2A Region 3 game, on Monday, March 4. Cross County will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.
