Texas High School Softball - Scurry-Rosser bounces West Mesquite
March 1, 2024: Mesquite, TX 75149 Scurry-Rosser Wildcats (Scurry, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX), 13-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ranchview for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. Scurry-Rosser will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, West Mesquite falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Wranglers host Sam Houston (Arlington, TX) to battle the Texans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Texans enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Sam Houston lost 16-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Ranchview (Irving, TX)
