Louisiana High School Baseball - Grant loses to Caldwell Parish
March 1, 2025: Dry Prong, LA 71423 In Saturday's non-league bout, the Caldwell Parish Spartans (Columbia, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA), by a tally of 18-4.
Next up, the Spartans encounter the West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 3. Caldwell Parish will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Chiefs enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Carencro (Lafayette, LA).
The Cougars (1-7) will now prepare for their bout against Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Warriors come into the non-league outing with a 8-6 record. In their last outing, Oakdale was overwhelmed by North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA), 19-4, in a non-league outing.
