The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) and the host Morgan City Tigers (Morgan City, LA), saw Catholic of Pointe Coupee's baseball team gain a win over Morgan City by a tally of 15-0.

The Hornets (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Central Private (Baker, LA). The Redhawks enter the non-league battle with a 9-4 record.

Next, the Tigers face the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls (Kenner, LA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 3. Morgan City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record.
