Louisiana High School Baseball - Loyola College Prep defeats Red River
March 1, 2025: Coushatta, LA 71019 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) and the host Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA), saw Loyola College Prep's baseball team gain a win over Red River by a tally of 6-1.
The Flyers (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Cedar Creek was overwhelmed by Lakeside (Sibley, LA), 9-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs face the North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Red River will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 13-2 non-league loss to Family Community Christian (Winnsboro, LA).
