The Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Summerville Bears to 4 in the Yellow Jackets non-league win on Saturday.

The Yellow Jackets now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Needles for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Palo Verde Valley will play a Mustangs team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Southwest EC (El Centro, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.
