The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX) and the host Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX), observed Sinton's softball team notch a victory over Alice by a final score of 9-1.

The Pirates (4-9) will now prepare for their bout against Reagan (San Antonio, TX). The Rattlers go into the non-league bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Reagan gained a win over Pearsall (Pearsall, TX), 5-2, in a non-league bout.
