The Harrison Central Red Rebels softball squad (Gulfport, MS), was edged 1-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS)

With the triumph, Stringer improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Red Devils travel to West Jones (Laurel, MS) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 4. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 0-7. West Jones lost 18-2 in their recent non-league contest against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS)

The Red Rebels now hold a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Clarkdale for a non-league contest on Friday, March 7.
