Georgia High School Lacrosse - Harpeth Hall drops to Pope
March 10, 2023: Marietta, GA 30062 Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Harpeth Hall Honeybears (Nashville, TN), 16-12 in a non-league battle.
The Greyhounds now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Allatoona for a 5A-6A Area 2 battle on Monday, March 13. Pope will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 11-10 league loss to Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-5.
In their next game, the Honeybears clash with the Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 11. Harpeth Hall will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 4-4 record after their 24-2 league win over Campbell (Smyrna, GA).
