Rocky Mount Academy Eagles (Rocky Mount, NC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles face the Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 14. Rocky Mount Academy will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Fayetteville HomeSchool (Fayetteville, NC).
