North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Memphis University can't get by Lake Norman
March 10, 2023: Mooresville, NC 28117 In Friday's non-league test, the host Lake Norman Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Memphis University Owls.
The Wildcats now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Anne's-Belfield for a non-league test on Saturday, March 11. Lake Norman will face a Saints squad coming off a 15-7 non-league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Saints record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Owls face the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 11. Memphis University will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Cyclones come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
